Pfizer to postpone price increases after talks with Trump

The unusual move came after Mr Trump reacted to the price hikes — first reported by the Financial Times — by saying Pfizer should be “ashamed” of its actions.

Pfizer said that its chief executive Ian Read would defer the increases, which went in effect on July 1, to give Mr Trump time to reform the US healthcare system.
