China's manufacturing sector avoided contraction this month. Conditions actually improved, though growth is fractional.
The state-sponsored purchasing managers index for China reads 50.3 in March, according to the state-sponsored survey from the China Federation of Logistics and Purchases.
That's up slightly from 50.2 in February. Economists had looked for a 50.1 reading.
