The perpetrators of the Sri Lanka suicide bombings in churches and luxury hotels on Easter Sunday were suspected of having links to Isis, the prime minister Ranil Wickremesinghe said on Tuesday, as survivors of the attacks that killed 321 started burying their loved ones.
